voice-desk respects your privacy and handles personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and, where applicable, the GDPR.

1. What we collect

Business owner data: name, business name, phone, email — to create and support your account. Caller data: phone number, call audio/transcript, and booking details — to provide the receptionist service. Usage data: aggregate, privacy-friendly analytics (no cross-site tracking).

2. Why we use it

To answer calls, book appointments, send confirmations, bill you, and improve the Service. We do not sell your data or your callers' data.

3. Processors

We use trusted sub-processors (telephony, model inference, payments, hosting) under data-processing agreements. They process data only on our instructions.

4. Retention

Call transcripts and bookings are retained while your account is active and deleted within 90 days of account closure, unless law requires otherwise.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data, and withdraw consent, by emailing privacy@voicedesk.aiskillhub.info. As a business, you are the data fiduciary for your callers and must inform them that calls are AI-handled.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted. No method is 100% secure, but we follow industry best practices.
