Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want voice-desk to earn its keep. This policy explains cancellations and refunds.

1. Free tier

The Starter plan is free forever — no charge, nothing to cancel beyond closing your account.

2. Cancelling a paid plan

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Refunds

If voice-desk is materially not working as described and we cannot resolve it within 7 days of you reporting it, you may request a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the current month. First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment.

4. How to request

Email billing@voicedesk.aiskillhub.info with your account email and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay or Stripe.

5. Non-refundable

Usage already consumed (calls answered, bookings made) and add-on top-ups are non-refundable once used.
