Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of voice-desk ("the Service"), an AI voice receptionist for businesses. By using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

voice-desk answers calls forwarded to your assigned number, responds to caller questions, and books appointments on your behalf. It is an assistive tool; you remain responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide and for honouring bookings.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be 18+ and authorised to operate the business you connect. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use voice-desk for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes, or to handle calls you are not legally permitted to record or automate in your jurisdiction.

4. Plans & billing

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Fees are charged in advance via Razorpay (INR) or Stripe (USD). Usage above your plan's call limit may be throttled or billed per the plan terms. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, voice-desk's liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
